Roofing Systems

Follansbee manufacturers two complete roofing systems from its legendary steel materials:

Diamond Pattern Shingle System

This shingle system, used to produce an elegant and highly durable roof or wall, is available in three Follansbee materials: TCS II®, TCS II Satin® , Terne II®  and KlassicKolors® and includes 10" x 14" shingles, eave drip, gable edging, vee valley, J-valley starter strip, edge roll and wall starter.

  • Shingles are stamped with an exclusively designed side lock, permitting quick and easy installation with no soldering required.
  • A weathertight side lock provides contact at three points, covering all nail heads and allowing expansion and contraction.
  • Deep cross crimps prevent water from blowing under end laps

 

 

Roofing Panel Systems

Available in TCS II®, TCS II Satin®,  Terne II® and KlassicKolors®, this roofing panel system features a 1" double locking standing seam to quickly and efficiently create a classic standing seam roof or wall with no exposed fasteners.

1" Double Lock Standing Seam System

  • Mechanically seamed installation with concealed fasteners
  • Recommended for roof slope of 3:12 or greater (Contact Follansbee Steel for lower slopes)
  • Curved and embossed options are available
  • Lengths up to 50'
  • 17" panel widths standard

 

 

1" Snap Seam with Nailer Strips and Striations

  • Easy installation with concealed fasteners, no cleats required
  • Recommended for roof slope of 3:12 or greater (Contact Follansbee Steel  or lower slopes)
  • Lengths up to 50'
  • 16" and 20" panel widths standard (12"-20.75" widths available)

 

 

1.5" Snap Seam with Striations

  • Easy installation with concealed fasteners
  • Recommended for roof slope of 3:12 or greater (Contact Follansbee Steel  or lower slopes)
  • Lengths up to 50'
  • 16" and 20" panel widths standard (12"-21" widths available)
